Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

A clear, transparent, and step-by-step guide on how we execute high-value strategic deals to ensure security for both buyers and suppliers.

01.

Phase 1: Initial Submission & Qualification

The Buyer submits a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) along with a Company Profile (CIS). We conduct a preliminary KYC (Know Your Customer) check to verify the buyer's legitimacy and financial capability.

02.

Phase 2: Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) & Review

Upon successful qualification, we issue a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) detailing the product specifications, origin, price, and terms. The Buyer reviews and signs the SCO, returning it with a Bank Comfort Letter (BCL) if required.

03.

Phase 3: Full Corporate Offer (FCO) & Contract

The Supplier issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO). Once accepted, a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) is shared. Both parties review, amend if necessary, and sign the final SPA. The Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) and Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA) are also formalized.

04.

Phase 4: Payment Instrument & Proof of Product (POP)

The Buyer's bank issues the agreed payment instrument (e.g., LC, SBLC) to the Supplier's bank. Upon confirmation, the Supplier provides the Proof of Product (POP) and shipping documents (SGS inspection report, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

05.

Phase 5: Delivery & Execution

The product is loaded and shipped according to the agreed Incoterms (CIF, FOB, etc.). We monitor the entire logistics process until the product safely arrives at the destination port and final payment is settled.
